A natural material that breathes, absorbs and releases moisture. This gives it excellent temperature adaptation allowing it to mould and adapt to our bodies making it comfortable to wear both in winter and in summer. It has a pronounced grain with thicker fibres that soften with use. The durability of buffalo leather is renowned. We only utilize South African buffalo. Buffalo can be cleaned with a little liquid soap and a damp cloth taking care with lighter colours. Before attempting to clean the entire product, we suggest experimenting with a small area, perhaps on the under flap or bottom of your handbag.
Sourced in Venice Italy from one of the oldest leather tanneries. Calf leather offers our clientele a more economical option.

Keep your leather products free from dust by storing in a protective cloth bag. Do not store in a plastic bag as leather needs to breath. Should the product accumulate some dust or debris just wipe with a clean, damp cloth. Never use any soap or detergent to clean the product. Do not store in direct sunlight or under sharp artificial light. Avoid storing in a damp closet, environment should be cool but dry. Do not allow cosmetics, perfumes or hand creams to come in contact with the leather. Any accidental oil stains should immediately be treated with talcum powder which should absorb the oil and draw most of it out of the product. Do not over fill your product as leather will stretch, but will not return to its original shape. Do not use any chemicals such as scotch guard products unless tested and approved. Should you wish to "feed" the leather by using a leather cream, first test it on an inconspicuous area to make sure it does not discolour the leather. Should your product get wet, do not dry with heat. Let the product dry slowly under natural circumstances.
Relatively small skins, unique for their texture. They have wide scaling down the center length of the leg with a natural texture and brilliant glazed shine. The shine is delicate and any contact with liquids will cause the shine to fade. Ostrich leg ads a superior level of sophistication to any outfit.
Sparingly apply a neutral leather polish with a clean, very soft cloth. No water or petroleum based cleaning products such as benzene must be applied to the leather as this will remove the shine and permanently damage the item purchased.
